The Ignite Flint Security in Ministry Teams’ mission is to create and sustain a church environment that minimizes the distractions of the outside world.  We want to take care of your concerns regarding the security of yourself, your family and your belongings.  Your time at Ignite Flint is to be your quiet time to encounter God.

Almost all of our Security in Ministry Teams at Ignite Flint are sworn Special Deputies of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department and is overseen by Sheriff Robert Pickell.  Sheriff Pickell has an assistant, Col Ralph Tedford that oversees many other churches in Genesee County, including ours.  Genesee County is the only one in the country that has Special Deputies in the churches on this magnitude.  If you are interested in getting involved in our ministry, feel free to ask any of our staff.
